Withdrawal and returns
The Client has the right to cancel the purchase made through the Website, and therefore, if he is not satisfied, he may return the Product within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the time he has acquired possession of the item. /s.

The right of withdrawal will be understood to be exercised within the term when the Client has sent the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the end of the corresponding term, in the terms indicated above.
Consequences of withdrawal: In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received by the Client will be returned. The Customer must return the products subject to withdrawal without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which his decision to withdraw is communicated.
The refund of the amount corresponding to the withdrawal will be made within a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated and provided that the items subject to withdrawal have been previously received, otherwise, The disbursement may be withheld until the receipt of said items or until the Customer presents proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first.

- f. Any other good or service covered by art. 103 of RDL 1/2007, of November 16.

Returns of defective or erroneous products

In the event that, due to availability reasons, the replacement of the item cannot be made, the full refund of the purchase will be made, including the shipping costs incurred. The refund will be made in the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.
The refund or replacement of the item will be made within 7 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the aforementioned refund or replacement proceeds.

Warranty
As established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the guarantee of new products offered in Our website is valid for two years from the date of delivery.
